Better materials. Practical benefits.
BuildRight’s core product is the Interlocking Hollow Concrete Block. These blocks fit together using less mortar than conventional blocks, helping reduce construction time and costs. They also offer an alternative to kiln-fired clay bricks, reducing reliance on wood-fired production that contributes to deforestation. BuildRight’s product range will also include pavers, fence posts and traditional concrete blocks.

Work that supports healing.
Our vision extends beyond the products we sell. BuildRight is designed to provide employment and practical skills training in a workplace that recognizes the effects of trauma. Alongside their work, employees will have opportunities to participate in trauma healing groups and build supportive relationships—bringing together the opportunity to earn, heal and belong.

Starting small. Building a lasting foundation.
BuildRight’s first phase focuses on a small production operation, a lean team and relationships with local contractors and organizations. We are testing products in real construction projects, gathering customer feedback and working toward repeat orders before expanding.
This measured approach allows us to put donor investment to work while establishing the foundation for a business that can sustain jobs and support healing over time.
